Have you noticed how otherwise well mannered individuals don't know how to behave with social media? It's as if all the lessons they've learned go right out the window.
They spam people. They self-promote. They shout from the mountaintops.
They forget that business is about relationships and trust. It's about giving to others and treating them the way you'd like to be treated. Social media is just another aspect of business today. And it isn't going away.
Before you act, think about how you want to be remembered. How do you want people to see you. Then act accordingly.
