A Good Feeling

Yesterday I went to a meeting at the COSE offices in downtown Cleveland. A gentleman came in and introduced himself. He told me how much he enjoyed my presentation at the COSE Small Business Conference in October.

It was a huge compliment. You see, he didn't just say it to be polite. He had a reason. There was something about the presentation that worked for him. I truly appreciate it when I receive that kind of feedback.

My workshops are interactive. I like to get the attendees involved in the process because I believe they take more away from the event. This gentleman confirmed my belief.

That helps me continue to move down the same path because I am receiving confirmation that it is working.

When you receive input from your clients and associates, do you consider it? Do you think about what it really means and make any changes you need to for future improvement?
