Do #4 - Do build a referral network

Most businesses grow through referrals. Building a referral network will serve your business for years to come. Identify people who know your prospect base. These are people who will know those companies/people who need your product/service.

Once they know you and your business they'll be inclined to refer their clients and associates to you. How do they get to know you? Well, you should get to know them. Find out what they sell, what they need, who their target market is. Help them grow their business.

Remember, people do business with people they know, like and trust. They also do business with people their associates know, like and trust. So, be someone others know, like and trust and they'll be more likely to refer you to others.

Simple, yes? Yes!

The lesson here is be a giver. It's the best way to get.
