A couple of weeks ago I had to take my car into the dealership for service. When I asked if they could drive me to a car rental place, they just sent a man over to see me. They had a rental car right there on site!
Now that is customer service at it's height.
Especially in a time when the economy is difficult the first instinct can be to cut back. However, the right thing to do is make sure your customers are being taken care of. I wouldn't consider going to any other car dealership for service - or in the future, for a car.
It may seem simple but it instills customer loyalty - something we are all need to grow our businesses.
