Buyers may be more discriminating, but they are out there. The challenge for the salesperson is to change HOW they prospect, WHAT they look for. It can take more digging, exploring, thinking. Of course, that's why they call it work! It can be fun at the same time. Embrace the possibilities that are out there. You may find real gems amongst the grains of sand.
