Is there something magical about a new year? It's the time many people decide to decide to do something (yes, I said it twice!). The trouble I have with 'resolutions' during the new year is that I feel they are false.
I submit that if you really resolve to make a change of some sort, make it. You shouldn't set an artificial point in time and think that there is some magic about that time.
In addition, if you learn how to make change throughout the year, you'll find yourself making effective strides all the time. You won't have to decide to make a change in January - of any year. Quite frankly, any month is a good month to make a move in a positive direction.
So, while it's January - go ahead! And then in February, March, or April - if the time is right. Got it? Good!
