I just have to share the continuation of the good customer service experience. As I mentioned I sent a letter to the store manager. Well, guess what I got back? A letter from the store manager thanking me for writing to him.
In the letter he let me know that they have a way of rewarding their employees and the cashier would definitely get recognition.
There's a valuable lesson here. It's not just about good customer service, but also about good employee care. It's about the way you treat people in general. They treat their employees well, so their employees treat their customers well, and frankly, treat the company well. It's a win-win-win situation.
And nothing could be better than that!
